 I accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Post items back to me within 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. NOTE: custom products cannot be returned but may be exchanged depending on the customisation, contact me for more information. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

1) How does the ring sizing work? Once you place your order i will contact you regarding your ring size & if needed re-size (complementary) 2) Can i change the metal? Yes although the (piece unique) items are 1 of 1, i can re-set the gemstone in any desired metal & melt down the old setting to ensure your masterpiece is the only one in the world.
